KDP grew out of the firm begun In 1976 by Daniel Kosmatka when he purchased Deloitte’s (formerly Haskins & Sells) Medford, OR office, and later joined by Dennis Donnelly under the name Kosmatka Donnelly & Co. LLP. In 2014, the firm joined forces with another large Southern Oregon based CPA firm and became KDP . In 2021, the Boise, Idaho firm Whittaker & Associates, Inc. joined KDP, extending the firm’s footprint to Idaho. In 2024, Price Fronk & Co. from Bend, Oregon merged with KDP to solidify the firm’s regional footprint.
