Alyssa grew up in Medford, Oregon where she graduated from South Medford High School. She attended Southern Oregon University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Accounting. Upon graduation in 2012, Alyssa joined the Firm as a full-time employee in the Assurance Department. There, she was involved in providing assurance and advisory services to a wide variety of non-profit, for-profit, and governmental entities. Subsequently promoted to Senior Associate, she was responsible for training staff, leading and coordinating engagements, and financial reporting.

In 2017, Alyssa began to transition into a Practice Development role. While still involved with the assurance practice, she began focusing on internal development, including talent recruitment and utilization, aligning the evolving culture of the Firm to promote adaptability for continued growth. In this role, she played an integral part in nearly doubling the size of the Firm. In addition, Alyssa leads new business development efforts with potential new clients, and is involved in short- and long-term Firm strategy and structure planning and implementation.

Outside of work, Alyssa stays busy with her family, including her husband and two young daughters. They love playing and watching a variety of sports together.
