ANDREW SOLTIS, CPA

Partner, Tax

Andrew grew up in the Rogue Valley, graduating from Cascade Christian High School in 2006.  He went on to Oregon State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts, Magna Cum Laude in Philosophy and a minor in Spanish.  After teaching English in Spain for two years, Andrew moved back to Medford with his wife and began working as a paralegal.  In 2018 he returned to his studies and completed post-baccalaureate coursework in accounting through Southern Oregon University and Eastern Oregon University.

Andrew joined the tax department of KDP in August of 2019 and obtained licensure in August of 2020 after passing the Uniform CPA Exam and gaining experience in personal, business, fiduciary and not-for-profit taxation. He has worked with an array of clients from wage-earning individuals to large consolidated C-corporations, and has also had the opportunity to assist our clients in resolving both Federal and State notifications and audits.

In his off hours, Andrew enjoys travelling, staying connected to his family abroad in Spain and Argentina, and following his favorite “football” teams: Liverpool (England), River Plate (Argentina), and Real Madrid (Spain).  His two little girls also keep him and his wife busy with ballet, walks in the neighborhood, and acting out their favorite Disney movies.
