ANDREW STALEY, ChFC®

Wealth Advisor

Andrew joined KDP Wealth Management as a Wealth Advisor to serve the greater Boise area in Southern Idaho. Having  been a FINRA Licensed Financial Advisor for over sixteen years and with over twenty years of experience in financial services, Andrew has a great deal of experience helping clients navigate their financial journeys.

Before joining KDP, Andrew led a team of Financial Advisors in Southern Oregon at Rogue Credit Union for many years, gaining leadership and mentoring skills. His significant focuses have been retirement planning, retirement income planning, building wealth, wealth preservation, and estate planning.

Andrew derives the most joy from his career by helping people navigate through their financial lives.

People are individuals first, and he believes that finding what they seek to achieve financially is the key to providing solutions tailored to their needs. Andrew does not think there are “good” or “bad” investment solutions. He believes that each solution has its own pros and cons that need to be understood in the context of the circumstances for which it is being offered.

By helping his clients understand the various pros and cons, they can make better, more informed, collaborative decisions about what is in their best interest. This leads to long-term client/advisor relationships built on trust.

After graduating high school back in the United States, Andrew joined the US Navy. He served four years in a Seabee Unit as a Storekeeper. After completing his Navy duty tour, Andrew attended and graduated college with a bachelor’s in ministry. He currently holds his designation as a Chartered Financial Consultant®.

Andrew has been married to his wife, Brigette, for 24 years and has a twenty-year-old son, Thomas, who is in college, and a 17-year-old daughter, Hannah, who is in her Senior year of High School. His hobbies include hiking, gardening, ice hockey, and spending time with his family.

Andrew was born in Texas as a child. However, he spent most of his childhood and early adolescence in New Zealand, where he became a passionate fan of the mighty All Blacks rugby team.
