Diane Berger is the firm’s Accounting Services Manager. She is a CPA who worked as an accountant for corporate and non-profit entities before joining KDCO (now KDP) in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a special emphasis in Accounting at California State University, Fullerton. Her areas of expertise are working with business start ups, corporate and partnership tax returns, reviewed and compiled financial statements, special client projects, and the management and training of accountants assigned to the accounting services department. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, and also one of two staff members certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Diane’s favorite pastime is watching her children play volleyball and basketball. All three have received collegiate athletic scholarships—Fresno State, Utah State, and Dixie College. “Go Teams!”
