Linda Houck joined the Tax Department at KDP in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Accounting from California State Polytechnic University in 1987 and has been in the field ever since. She is currently working towards getting her CPA license after almost thirty years in Corporate Tax Accounting. From Tax Manager at FHP Healthcare, and Marie Callenders to Senior Tax Accountant for Yamaha Motors Corporation, Lithia Motors and Regulatory Accountant at Plexis Healthcare Systems, Linda gained a vast amount of knowledge through her work with financial statements, consolidated and separate income tax returns, sales tax and property tax in various fields. She’s excited for the change and challenge as she transitions into being a CPA.
Linda enjoys learning and exploring new things and places. She dives in with passion, whether she’s learning about spirituality, writing a book, or taking piano lessons. She likes puzzles, hanging out with friends, hiking, and vacations – especially if it’s on the beach!
