Mari Wruble, CVA, CBA has over 25 years of business valuation and consulting experience with leading professional service firms. Mari started her business valuations career with Moss Adams in the Seattle area. During her 8 years, she focused on estate and gift tax, ESOPs, stock options and transaction related valuations in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, grocery stores, technology and financial services. From Moss Adams, Mari moved to KPMG where she was a Senior Manager in the Economic and Valuation Services specialty group for the Pacific Northwest. Mari was at KPMG for 11.5 years focusing on the valuation and analysis of business enterprises, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, and stock options in a variety of industries including financial services, technology, health care and forest products.
In addition to business valuations, Mari provided consulting services to small and medium companies that included business start-up, marketing, finance, commercial loan funding and succession planning consulting services. Most recently, Mari worked at the IRS in the engineering group that reviews the valuations submitted with tax returns for estate and gift tax, charitable contributions, goodwill impairment, purchase price allocation, ESOPs, and stock options for appropriateness
Ms. Wruble received her B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University and an MBA from Seattle University. She received her Certified Business Analyst designation from the Washington Small Business Development Center and her Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). She is a member of NACVA and the American Society of Appraisers.
Outside of work, Mari enjoys spending time with her family and outside activities like hiking, biking, kayaking/paddleboarding, skiing and wine tasting.
