Director of Wealth Management

Nancy Sash is the Director of Financial Services at KDP Wealth Management, LLC. Nancy was introduced to financial services at an early age.  Her father, a career firefighter, started a credit union specifically for police and firefighters. Nancy watched as her father took on this role and thrived. She remembers her father telling her that she could achieve anything she set her mind to, if she was just willing to do the research.

Nancy got her start in banking, working as a Mortgage Officer, a Business Banking Officer, and as a Branch Manager. Nancy recalls encountering widows who were living solely off Social Security. Oftentimes they would come to the bank and find that they had run out of money only halfway through the month. The faces and stories of these individuals have contributed to Nancy’s passion for helping others to create something better for themselves and their families.

While in banking, Nancy noticed people would go to specialists such as bankers, insurance agents, or stock-brokers and receive advice based on each particular specialty, versus holistic planning.  Nancy recognized the necessity of looking at the whole picture and building a personalized financial plan that truly aligns with a client’s goals and what’s important to them.

Combining Nancy’s knowledge as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner and a RETIREMENT INCOME CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL® with the tax expertise of a Certified Public Accountant has proven to be a winning combination. As a team, KDP is able to build tax-optimized wealth management strategies with the added focus on keeping more money in our clients’ pockets after taxes.

Nancy and her husband, Carl, have three children, and two adorable grandchildren. Nancy is also a proud dog mom to an Australian Shepherd and two cats, one who thinks she’s a dog.   Nancy’s has a competitive spirit and fell head over heels for the game of pickleball. She’s completely addicted to the sport and loves to travel for tournaments and talk strategy with anyone who will listen.
